Around Balfour and Riondel on Kootenay Lake, sloped waterfront lots call for walls, stairs and careful drainage.
Creston's valley floor is mostly orchards and farmland, so jobs there are often shop pads, driveways and drainage for outbuildings.

How we handle distance
For jobs farther away we group the work into full days on site. Travel is built into the estimate, never added as a separate charge, so there are no surprises on the bill.
